Russian attacks on energy grid amount to genocide
Following persistent Russian attacks, millions of people in Ukraine are experiencing power outages in the cold winter. The task of reconnecting homes without electricity is ongoing. Following the city's recapture by Ukrainian forces earlier this month, officials claim that Kherson has now received a complete resupply. According to President Volodymyr Zelensky, usage restrictions continue to apply to residents of 14 regions, including the capital city of Kiev. This shows that Russia's strategy is to make Ukraine surrender by destroying important infrastructure making life harder during winter. I think that this situation is extremely dangerous for Ukraine and may result in numerous deaths or Russian occupation of more regions, but Ukraine doesn't seem to even think about surrendering. There are millions of people who are left without light, water or even heat so Russia has the upper hand right now and can use it for a rapid attack.

The attacks are on civilians but for Russia to win they need to win on the battlefield as well. And Ukrainian army doesn't seem to be easily deterred.
