TED Talk #6 Are animal rights respected in Poland?

 In my opinion animal rights in Poland are respected by the law but not by everyone. There are a lot of Polish laws that prohibit animal abuse and treat them almost as people. For example you can go to jail for up to 5 years for intentionally killing someones animal, which isn't the same as killing a person but still is pretty close. The problem is that there's a lot of people in Poland that still treat animals as objects and don't really care about their well-being. I think that most of these people are the ones that live far from cities. Overall i think that polish law respects animal rights a lot but not everyone obeys these laws.
